Hiluf Ebuy is an Ethiopian epidemiologist and researcher primarily focused on maternal and child health, as well as the impact of conflict on healthcare systems. He is currently a PhD candidate in Epidemiology at the University of South Carolina’s Arnold School of Public Health.
